As a speaker, Sam has engaged over 70 schools, universities, and mission-driven organizations around the world. His talks integrate ecology, cosmology, spirituality, and practical vision to inspire personal and collective transformation toward a more just, compassionate, and vibrant world.
Sam’s international speaking journey has brought him to major convenings such as the United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity (COP15), the Parliament of the World’s Religions, the Earth Charter Youth Summit, and the Spirituality and Sustainability Global Network in Italy. He has presented for institutions including the U.S. Fulbright Commission and The University of Peradeniya in Sri Lanka, The University for Peace and Universidad Técnica Nacional in Costa Rica, Liceo Guatemala, and Daly College in India.
In the United States, Sam has been invited to speak at leading academic institutions including Yale, Bowdoin, Columbia Teacher’s College, Gonzaga Climate Center, Iona University, and retreat centers such as Wisdom House, Mepkin Abbey, Mercy by the Sea, and The Well Spirituality Center. His talks explore some of the greatest challenges and opportunities of our time, offering audiences a hopeful vision of climate leadership, ecological regeneration, and the role of education in shaping a flourishing future.
