Retreats

Sam has led immersive retreats, workshops, and teacher trainings in diverse settings across North and Central America. In these offerings, Sam invites participants into deep, embodied experiences of reconnection with the living Earth and the larger Universe we inhabit. He integrates emerging insights from the natural and social sciences with contemplative practice rooted in lived experience, helping to activate each person’s creative purpose in building a thriving future.

Such practices he facilitates include nature-based meditation, forest bathing, Lectio Terra, the Council of All Beings, and The Cosmic Walk—an embodied ritual experience that blends music, meditation, and movement in taking participants through the epic, 13.8-billion-year journey of the universe.

Sam is passionate about curating experiences of transformation that awaken wonder and activate soulful participation in the flourishing of the whole Earth community.
